Welcome back, to you!
I became an LMT because I wanted to physically make a difference, everyone deserves to feel comfortable and pain free in their own body. This type of work allows me to give that relief through positive touch, something that everyone has fallen away from.
I've been coaching gymnastics since 2008, acting since 2011, summer camp and activity organization since 2015, and now Massage Therapy since 2026 - BUT I've been connecting and listening to those around me ever since I could walk, with strangers and family alike. It taught me that the people are what make this fantastic world special! I got into this line of work to help you feel comfortable in your body and to reconnect with what matters most YOU!
Talking and asking questions is how we get to know one another, the more I know, the more I can assess. Daily activities build up in our bodies which are easily identifiable, but we can hold tension in areas we never thought were in that state. Our session will be a journey, but one guided by your experiences.
Your comfort remains part of the session from beginning to end. Pressure, positioning, draping, temperature, areas of focus, and anything affecting your ability to settle can be adjusted at any time.
Your input is not a courtesy; it is absolutely essential to finding the path that best fits your needs. This doesn't just apply to the beginning of the massage, but throughout. Be open about your preferences, what doesn't feel comfortable, or what you'd like more of! How you feel on the table will impact how you'll feel coming off the table - and we want you to glow.
I enjoy being outside, hanging with my sons, drawing, watching movies/ plays, hiking, swimming, singing (poorly), astronomy, biology, animals, food, music, honestly the list might go on forever - there's not much in this life that I don't love. I do think I enjoy hearing peoples stories the most, the good and the bad, what a wonderful thing it is to be able to tell multiple versions of a character in countless scenarios. Working with clients between the ages 18 months to 50+ years has given me countless stories and philosophies, all which has culminated into the idea that: A little love, patience, and listening can open an entire world for people. Making the "hard stuff" fun, makes it easier to do. Listening to every story you can, helps you connect with the next person to tell theirs. So, whenever you're ready, you can tell me yours.
